Review the product dimensions, materials, colours and images provided on the product page before making your selection. You can also share photographs of your space with our team for guidance. If you are in Delhi NCR, you can book an appointment at our Sainik Farms studio to experience select pieces, materials and finishes in person.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation and typically reach you within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
and courier serviceability. Faster delivery may be available for select products and locations in Delhi NCR.

Most décor and accessory pieces are delivered ready to use. Certain furniture pieces may require basic assembly or setup depending on their design. Please check the individual product details or contact our team before ordering if you would like to confirm the setup requirements for a particular piece. 

Care requirements vary depending on the material and finish. As a general rule, gently clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth and follow any product-specific care instructions provided. For specialised materials or finishes, our team can guide you on the best way to maintain their appearance over time. 

Return requests should be raised within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Products should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

An unpacking/unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory to claim any return or exchange.

Requests without a valid unpacking video may not be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our team promptly with your Order ID, clear photographs, and the unpacking video so we can assist with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
