At Regale Home Living, we’re dedicated to delivering your orders safely and on time, anywhere in India. Here’s how our delivery and shipping process works.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. In the rare event that your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens, any payment made will be fully refunded.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline & Charges

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.
We aim to keep our shipping charges reasonable and will always display any applicable delivery fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and link. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Important Delivery Tips

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

  • If you’re not available when delivery is attempted, the courier may try again or leave instructions on how to collect your package.

  • For gated communities or contactless deliveries, please mention any special instructions in the Order Notes at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We’re unable to deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted areas. If your pin code is not serviceable, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing an item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@regalehome.com with your Order ID and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
