As a policy, we do not offer refunds unless the ordered product is unavailable at our end. However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If the product you receive is incorrect (does not match your order confirmation), has a quality defect, or arrives damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange & Refund Policy

• We offer product exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products, all exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality and fairness.
• Refunds are only issued if the item is unavailable at our end.
• Before accepting delivery, please ensure the package has not been tampered with. If you suspect damage, do not sign as “received”—note the issue on the delivery slip and retain the packaging.
