This policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

When Can You Return an Item?

Please note that we may not accept returns if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or is not returned in its original condition.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation

When you contact us, please share your Order ID, your contact details, and a clear explanation of why you’d like to return or cancel.
How Refunds Work
If your return is approved:

We’ll process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method, unless we agree otherwise.

We do not charge any transaction or processing fees for refunds.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll also cover the return shipping cost. If we’re unable to approve your return, we’ll let you know the reason, and no refund will be issued in that case.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, or up until the order has been shipped — whichever comes first. If the order has already been shipped, the return process applies instead.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that’s defective or not what you ordered, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please share clear proof of the issue, such as photos or an unboxing video, when you contact us.
